Refund policy

 

At Stanley Forge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at boymad740@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return package.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at boymad740@gmail.com immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will happily arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
